Turbo Tax is very easy to understand and use. It asks all the questions and has an easy to use 'Help' section.

The product is easy to use and I called twice to get additional help and was extremely satisfied with the Turbotax help! Both people were easy to understand and extremely helpful!!!

Too many upsells, 1099-INT discrepancy unexplained

Probably had to dodge over a hundred attempts to make me buy extra cost services. Also never could get an explanation of why the 1099-INT item showed a total of more than $10k more than the 1099-INT amounts correctly shown there.

Standard Deduction Bypass

I have been using TurboTax to file my tax returns for over 20 years. TurboTax Deluxe was the right product to use with recent Capital Gains, Dividends and Interest. Easy to use with step by step entry for Income. Would like to see a feature added to be able to jump straight to Standard Deduction and avoid all the various deduction entries when, based on past filings, I know that will be the outcome.
