Another yr filed with TurboTax

I do not like the AI chat. It is an irritation when I go to enter the info that I need help with and I am only given the options that the computer thinks I need. Other than that, I have used TurboTax for all of our tax filings and we have been married for 51 yrs. With that said, I think I can trust the program.

Another successful TurboTax Federal Tax submission

I found the Turbo Tax application very easy to use. It guided me through all sections with ease. The Federal Tax review and submission was a piece of cake. The only glitch I experienced was importing a 1099-B. Turbo Tax added a capital asset line that I couldn’t delete. I had to remove the entire 1099-B twice and then re-import. Otherwise, using Turbo Tax was a great experience.

TT and New York payment by Credit Card

Had an issue with paying my New York by credit card. The routine took me to a NY state website to create an account. I did not see how this would link back the payment to my TT filing. I talked with TT support and they were not able to clear things up for me. (She was very nice) So I opted to pay by check and mail my state return payment.
