Too many glitches

I had trouble with Turbotax this time doing my grand-daughter's taxes. It kept saying for the CT filing that there was no address, when it was clearly there, and when we had to put in the 1095 Health form which we did three times, Turbotax told us it wasn't done. I found a telephone number and a wonderful gentleman told me to go back out and come in again. That finally worked, but too many glitches for something that should have taken a lot less time. Very frustrating.

I have used TurboTax for my family for years and not had any problems.
One thing that i ran into this year is some W-2s don't have a box A B C D for employer info. Some people might get confused about what to do. It might be helpful if more info was available.

I have used Tubo Tax Deluxe to file our taxes for several years. It makes it so much easier to file.
