TT Fails Wisconsin e-filing, takes fees first

The product failed to correctly process Wisconsin form 804. TurboTax took my money for the state filing fee before telling me it could not process my state return because the product failed to handle the processing of Wisconsin form 804, to include it as an attachment to the Wisconsin state filing.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years and found this program to be easy to use and very thourough in its application and ability to download information from all sources of income. I would never use any other tax filing software.

Turbo Tax - Year after Year

Turbo Tax is very thorough and makes submitting your taxes stress free. I was finally able to get a friend to switch to Turbo Tax after years of paying an accountant for a simple return and she couldn't believe how user friendly and seamless the process was.
