Great, Except For One Issue

I have been using TurboTax for 26 years and it's always easy to follow, helpful information is readily available, and it's accurate. The one issue I experienced this year was that I completed my Federal and the program indicated I could do my state at this time. Big mistake.....when I reached the review process is when I found my state did not have all forms done by Jan 31st and I couldn't complete my state. I also could save, print, see the forms, or do anything because the state was now controlling my printing and filing capability. I searched for a solution; but the only one the appeared valid was to sit and wait for my state to provide forms and a state government site stated it might be Feb 15th. I'm impatient and didn't care to wait, so I deleted my two forms on TurboTax and this time I didn't accomplish my state return yet.

Turbo Tax was awful this year

Since you have eliminated the CD, trying to download 2024 Turbo Tax was not an easy task. It took me multiple tries to finally get it installed and by then I was extremely frustrated. You need to make the installation user friendly for those of us who are not computer experts.
