Too much upselling!

I like the product, but hate the upselling. Honestly, I don't want to get asked three different ways if I want to buy technical support, or audit defense, now or in the future.
While it is convenient to import data from last year's filings, I'm considering another tax software next year.

Difficult

eFiling is becoming very difficult especially when filing for CA return. Too many routes to go to just to file. I have to put my routing number and account number twice. It didn't have to be like this before.

Harder this year

Taxes worked out, but the new layout changes from last year made it difficult to navigate
Also, at the end I could not file without signing up for Audit defense???!!! What the heck is that about. Now I have to call and try to get that removed.

Turbotax makes it so simple!

The last form, to send with check, would not print. We had to save it, open it in a browser and print it from there.
