Software had a glitch

I would have given 5 stars, but I ran into a frustrating issue with e-filing my state return. Even though my federal return was e-filed and accepted (the software clearly showed the status as "accepted"), I kept getting an error saying I couldn’t file my state return without first filing the federal return. After a half an hour with technical support, the suggested workaround was to print and mail the state return manually—definitely not ideal.
On top of that, I wasn’t able to use the $10 credit that came with my 2024 TurboTax Deluxe purchase, so now I have to pay extra to mail my return. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this experience.

Allow to E file in Arizona

I am married filing separate in Arizona but Turbo Tax will not allow me to e-file despite confirm with the AZ Department of Revenue that it is accepted. Please update the software to allow for this.

Good Tool for the Normal American Taxpayer

My wife and I have filed using TurboTax for many years now (I'm 75 years old, I don't remember how long).
We've never had any significant problems (I did have one question from the IRS on something years ago, a mistake on my part I think, about something associated with my wife's disability as I recall, that was resolved by phone), never been audited...
I have found TurboTax easy to use, very straightforward, very knowledgeable and accurate.
If a person/family is like ours - simple, normal, honest, etc etc - TurboTax is an excellent tool for filing taxes.

Misleading Tax free option by Turbo tax.

Good product. However, why did it take the deluxe version which costs $60 versus getting the same tax program online for free? I attempted to use the online free version and just because I had the Health insurance for part of the year I was redirected from the online free version to be required to use your Deluxe paid version. This was not a big addition to the overall taxing forms that should require the need to use your paid Deluxe version versus being able to use the free online version. This needs to be changed.
