turbotax is a great software

TurboTax overlooked missing income

TurboTax didn't notice that I didn't report my wife's income. It asked for "another W-2" instead of the spouse's W-2 that I provided. In the end, it classified the filing as "very low risk." Who writes software like that?

Turbo Tax needs better search and navigation

The help option is almost useless, and the search function not refined enough. Hard to find/go to a specific item to edit either in guided or self selected, have to go through multiple screens. Need secondary navigation option once select an item to edit showing all the possible screen so can select relevant one.

disappointed after decades of loyalty

I've used Turbo Tax for decades. This year I was very disappointed and frustrated as I attempted to use It's deductible. unable to find the categories I needed. Also frustrated when I went to file and the pay with refund or credit card seemed to be the only options and it seemed to include the $45 fee for premium. I saw in comments others have had problems for years. I usually mail in but decided to efile both and was disappointed.
