Turbo Tax 2024

Not as good as previous years. Example had trouble advancing program to get Form 8606. It also seemed to take longer to get a printed copy of tax returns, I do not know if this was a printer problem or Turbo tax. These are minor problems, but I have not had similar issues in the 20 past years that I have used Turbo Tax.

TurboTax is very easy to use and understand. I would certainly recommend this product to other family members and friends. Very through and detailed in asking for documents and questions. The only issue I have with TurboTax is whenever there is an update it takes too long. It seems it has a very slow server connection like in the days of dial up modems. This is 2025 and TurboTax updates should happen very quickly considering 1G byte speeds for internet connections. Thank you.

hard to follow by questions, pay to efile both federal and state taxes and always gets rejected. and getting charged to efile when it's supposed to be FREE

TurboTax is the absolute best software

It is great software and a great experience. It's user friendly and makes a very complex task simple. The question prompts it walks you through while completing the return are easy to understand and answer. Plus the fact that it brings last year's over saves a lot of time and entry. Plus it covers everything and is accurate.
