easy to file my TAXES

Very easy to use. I always get distress thinking that somenthing might fail. This time actually it was my computer, but I figure it out how to solve the problem.

Unable to File State Tax Return

Unable to file my state tax return. Wants to save my return and then finish up, but I get a message box saying "Hmm... it looks like we've hit a slight snag Please try again or check back in a bit" Try again button just loops. Later same issue. "x" out of the message says " Your Payment Didn't Go Through", but I was never prompted to enter a card to pay the $25!

You would have had 5 stars but I was less than pleased that I kept getting pressured to efile state for additional $20. There was no option to set it for mailing and when I printed form for mailing the cover page would not show address of NJ Division of Taxation to mail the return.

Easy to Use (except the downloading)

It was easy to use, but couldn't help me avoid paying a big chunk of taxes- not their fault, I guess. I could not get it to download on my Macbook or on my school computer (not an administrator so couldn't access permissions to download). I finally found a computer that I could download the program on and it went smoothly after that.

Great product, but a couple of hiccups

I have used TurboTax for many years. I keep using it because it is a great tool. The only drawback is that often during the review of my return, I get prompted for additional information that should have been populated from downloaded forms like a 1099-R. This year I had to manually enter the address of the company that generated the 1099-R (UBS Financial Services).
