TurboTax is great!

This is my first time using TurboTax. I've always paid an arm and a leg to file, but the step by step process made this extremely easy to maneuver.

Sometimes reading and wording regarding IRAs are a little confusing. Easy language to understand would be a lot better.

Good Software with Some Bugs

While an overall good experience, TurboTax Deluxe still has bugs, including a 1099 payer address field that wouldn't accept entries, a reluctance to handle supporting details for medical deductions without going to Forms (this is several years old), and worst of all, a "something went wrong" error message, that I again avoided by going to Forms, though I feared the worst from this one until the moment I filed.

too many times I had to "Revisit" questions I already answered Other than that I found it great to work it. (note: I have used Turbo Tax for years, so I have learned to ignore the repeat sales pitches and the items in the returns I do not need to report.)

Your software is great. It explains everything. I like the way if i modify a number, it carries the change all the through.
