Almost a 5

The only reason to not give a 5 is that I needed to include an attached "Note"; and I was told that this isn't an option with Turbo Tax if I want to e-file. Therefore, I had no choice but to mail in my returns. Having an option for attachments would be helpful, especially since I will need to do this for my taxes from now on, until I die or no longer have to pay taxes -- whichever comes first.

Multiple State tax dificulty

We had extreme difficulty filing state taxes for 2 different states (Maryland and Pennsylvania). Also, the tax liability due is incorrect.

2024 Taxes

I love using Turbo Tax. It is very easy to use and efficient. However, the one thing that trips me up for the past several years is the IP PIN. You should make a reminder in your software of where it is and what to do. The last 2yrs my initial return was rejected because of this. You fix this and you will get a 5 star from me.

Turbo Tax is awesome

It was fast, but unfortunately, I had to answer questions I did not have the answers handy. I have done our taxes yearly, but I decided to get help given some differences this year. Next year I will start a bit earlier.
