TurboTax is the way to go

For someone who has not used TurboTax for a number of years, I was truly amazed at the degree of ease in navigating the website and using the digital help assistant when I ran into areas that I did not readily know the answers. It made the process very understandable and the electronic filing of my return a breeze.

Overall great software to use. I just wish it had more info. on a few subjects to know if you qualify for the deductions.

WA has no income tax - so leave that out!

New "feature" of adding Washington to state tax due box at the top is annoying and unneeded. I file Federal and Oregon - but the program keeps showing Washington. You also offer to e file Washington at the end- no income taxes in Washington.
The help boxes are getting less helpful over time - at least as I see it. If there is an acronym of abbreviation that I want to understand, the box should help - but the acronym is not always explained.
