I have been using Turbo Tax for over 25 years. Good Program that's easy to use. i like that i don't need to keep up on all of the tax law changes. The program does that for me. I like that you can get help right from the program.

Be prepared to deal with unexpected form results

I was surprised during finishing operations and preview printing to find that values I had not entered were showing up in forms I had not worked with. I am retired and not working but all of a sudden I had Qualified Business Income deductions - then while attempting to transmit - I am prompted for my employers business name, address, and my work duties? Over the past years of usage - I have not had problems like these.

TT is useful and predictable

Same as always.
When I'm using the "select what sections to fill out" and return from updating a section, the app always brings me to the top of a really LONG list which I'm forced to scroll down to get back to the bottom.
I make this comment EVERY YEAR, but nothing changes.
I don't know why you're forcing me to add more characters, but this should do it.
