price for the software should be lowered

Turbo tax has always been what I have used since the early 2000's... the software walks you through everything, as long as you can read, you can use turbo tax.
I know it's a security thing, but having to find last year's AGI is extra step I don't like! And the price for the software should be lowered.

TT is always good

Have been using for years - always simple to install and use except this year would not install on my older computer. Ive forgotten the error message, but it had something to do with windows....
It was frustrating! Had to install on my new computer and copy/paste 2023 files over so that previous data could be accessed.
