Not very intuitive software Intuit

2024 edition was not as good as previous years Turbo Tax, it would not transfer information from the old tax return. I had to manual input most of the information. It was tedious to enter everything again when it should have just populated it like it's done for years past, was not user friendly. Not happy with TT

Stop pushing ppl to using the web browser filing!

Ridiculous that TT makes it so stupidly difficult to simply download a copy of their software to install and use on the computer. 99% of the links provided lead users to the online filing option, from inside a web browser. TT needs to stop with the games and lety users have their full options for installing and using the software, instead of herding people to their preferred method of file usage. Very disapointed in this. It almost makes me want to stop using TT products.

Less usable than past versions

your trying to make Turbo Tax usable by everyone is making the program more difficult to use by those of mus who have been using your program for years. Also, the program said $20 would be deducted from my federal refund for state filing but the filing page says it was free!
Finally, those of us who have no intention of upgrading a perfectly functional computer should be able to use Turbo Tax in the future (as I have for the past 10 years) it should not be difficult to make a version of the program that works with Windows 10!

It was a little tricky getting started without a disk, but once properly downloaded, it was quick and easy as usual

Download of software was a nightmare

The Turbo Tax software is great BUT this is the first year a couldn't get a disc to install TurboTax. I downloaded the software but couldn't get into it, kept getting an error message just to open the software. Ended out spending almost an hour with an Intuit tech rep in order to get into the software without error message. A ridiculous waste of his time and MINE. Habe used Turbo Tax for years consider using another tax software in the future because of this issue

Never again

This is the worst experience I have ever had with Turbo Tax. I will never do this again. It was so bad, I almost think that a hacker was on the other end and stealing all my identity and my credit card information as I had to enter my bank and credit card repeatedly during the transaction. Then I got a message saying the program has to close abruptly and information may be lost. When I logged back in all of a sudden I was getting money back from the state where just minutes before they had me owing the state over $200...?? and giving my bank information.
