TurboTax Not So Easy

I have used TurboTax for many years. However, I had quite a few issues with the 2024 tax year version. Very frustrating at times. Not nearly as intuitive and easy this year. You guys are losing your edge.

Doing my taxes online since 1989. Now they fail.

Way too complicated and bugs. I had to cmpete the application 3 times. Finally I asked to file electronically and my return was REJECTED. So I did everything over again and now am going to print and mail my returns. I think the problem may be the AGI entry because there was not enough information to help me find what I was supposed to enter.

It was difficult to identify my error. Turbo said I had sold or disposed of stocks or bonds. That was not the case. instead, the same information had been entered two different times.

While most questions were easy to decipher, some we were at a lost to find the info requested. Our forms didn't concide with the examples given. There should be more drop down explanations for each line item.
