Not keeping up a high standard of trust in product

No longer as user friendly as it has been. Price going up and software I feel is suffering. Used to be a 'member' but have been finding the software available at quite a bit lower cost. Not worth the 'add-ons' that you just described.

Bad. Needs complete revision for useability

Would not download saying needed 2 gigabytes which was present and had downloaded 3 previous years. Deleted programs to free up memory but still would not download. Had to go to other computer which didnt have prev returns. Program would not operate as Microsoft S was blocking it and would not shut . Finally after 2 hours of going around with S it somehow allowed the program to begin but could not find prev returns online as it kept saying that was another account. This took up hours as the program would not get off this page. After 3 hangups I got an expert who could not resolve the problem,was to call back but did not after 1st computer was not ready. Many pages would not go back.Importing was not working well and Igave up trying to use it. Payment for state efile which it said was mandatory and extra wouldnt work. This took me 4 days to do my taxes (so far)

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. Information easy to enter and very easy to get answers to questions by clicking on helpful hints info. But there are quite a few advertisements.

The cover page/ filing instructions page that I've had previous years wasn't available this time and I would have liked to have it. Otherwise the product worked well and there were no problems.

Font size too small & payment links not working.

The hardest part of using your software was paying for the $20 State Electronic Filing fee using the link provided that sent me to the Intuit website, and then I had to go through the adding a payment method and the screen to enter the data was cut off at the top so I could not complete your very much abbreviated form. I also had a very difficult time entering my bank routing and account number that was to receive my refund. After several attempts, I happened on to putting a zero in front of my account number (it wasn't printed like that on my checks) to get your system to accept it. Finally the font size is much too small to be read by anyone over 40! You software will not allow my computer to make the font size bigger so I am forced to go back and forth with no glasses, or bifocals, and sometimes a hand held magnifying glass. A big inconvenience!!!
