The Process was fairly easy but, the print for mail was difficult. I had to shut the printer and computer down then restart to finally get the forms to print.

I use TurboTax because it's so simple. The way they lead you by the hand is fool proof. Also, it saves me lots of money by not needing to pay hundreds of dollars to a tax preparer. And I can do it when I want and don't have to wait for an appointment to get it done.
