I have been using TurboTax for years and as my financials get less complicated, TurboTax is more complex asking more and more questions that have nothing to do with my situation.

Change is not always good. I want my CD

I have been using turbotax for years. I am highly disappointed that I can no longer purchase a CD with turbotax on it. My internet was acting up this week and I found it almost impossible to download. What do people do who may not have internet but would like to use your product?
This years program seemed less user friendly. Had a hard time just inputting the same accounts I have every year.

Needs to improve to be user friendly to download

Was to hard to fine the right version and confessing to down load. Give me my disk back. make it where a 76 year old man can't get confessed. Used Turbo Tax for years but this was not my best experience.

Walk throughs need to go to the bottom

The only problem I have is that when you select to be walked through steps it keeps going back to the top. It would be a lot easier and faster if it stayed at the last item that was looked at.
