Turbo Tax is so easy to install and easy to use. And carrying over last year's info to this year -- and copying the Federal info to the State form -- is invaluable

product is and has been very good, but always seems to "make me squint "in at least one category.
This year was the retirement contribution segment. I inputted $22,000 of IRA to ROTH CONVERSION AND it didn't seem to matter in the end calculations. It seems to me 22,000 x .15 (tax rate) = 3,300 in tax liability. yet, it didn't seem to reflect in my refund, etc. the wording could be better in that area and I have said so in another review. Ken B.

Asking us to repeat what is on the screen for multiple items - not very smart. IF it is on the screen, why ask folks to re-type it. Somewhat puerile and asinine...
Marketing options - unable for us to opt out of them....!!!! That is an IMBECILIC and SHOOT YOURSELF IN THE FOOT episode...
Many of us just mark the email as spam, retaining ONLY specific emails.
As a cybersecurity expert and double grad degree technologist, that forced marketing option is a no-go. And that is what causes many of us to switch vendors.
Which is what we will be doing the following year to see how the 'other' is doing....

Lest convenient than ever

I have been using TurboTax since it was on 5.25" floppy disks. Our returns have gotten more complicated and I also file for our out-of-country family. Navigation has gotten more difficult and not as logical as past editions. For both returns, we must paper file, ours because of having an MSA and the other because of the foreign earned income exclusion forms. It would be beneficial if Intuit would use its influence to allow every tax payer to file electronically.
