Very easy to use. Explanations were simple to understand and the help functions were available for the items I needed help with. The only negative issue I had was actually purchasing the software. I went to Turbotax website and it let me download the mac software without purchasing it, which was confusing because when I went to open the software I was asked for an access code that only comes with purchase. I tried searching for how to purchase and wasn't led to the right place through TurboTax website searches. I only found it through an online chat forum that had a link to the webpage with purchase options. I suggest making the purchase page easier to find.
