Love my TurboTax

Have been using Turbo Tax for over 25 years and really like the product. Although not yet needed, it is great to have access to experts if needed. It is also nice that you can carry forward your pertinent information from year to year for ease and comparison.

options to select on panels only partially revealed. New AGI requirement (I didn't have) and your assistence in obtaining it non-existent. New $40 process fee wasn't disclosed until the very end of processing. Your help was no help at all. considering using some other service next year.

No instructions on how to download financial documents from financial institutions not listed among your participating firms, and no instructions on how to download financial documents saved on your desktop hard drive! Disambiguate some of your instructions, even at the risk of redundancy.
