Good Overall, But Room for improvement

Overall, very good, but some items are not user friendly. In example, I usually submit taxes with a direct deposit option for refunds. However, when I'm using the "Ask Me Questions" method of filling in the blanks, it simply does not fill in the accompanying state version banking information. I have to go into the "Forms" section to enter the data again, and this is usually NOT user friendly.

Trouble Filing--technical difficulties!

Had difficulty at the start. Have used Turbo Tax for years and this year the program did not find last years rtn to load all the information. After fighting with it for several sessions, I finally got to the familiar sections and was able to finish it. Until I went to file it. i am not able to file electronically due to "tecnhnical difficulties.
I have already paid th $25 to file the state return and not sure how that gets refunded if I have to mail in the returns.

Used Turbo Tax for Many Years

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. The only issue I had was the uploading data from financial institutions is not intuitive.

Getting the program not so good, once in great

Turbo tax as far as inputting information and the help given is 5 stars as always. The reason for the 4 stars was trying to download the program this year. i have only downloaded the program from CDs and have never had a problem. This year download did not go well and the person who helped me was great but still we could not recover my account. Ended up after many tries setting up a new account with husband's info. Just not a good experience for me.
