poor execution

the efiling is not working. I have confirmed 5 times on the agi amount and it is not let me file. Please return the filing fees for federal and state.

I've been using Turbo Tax for quite sometimes and save some money having preparer do our taxes. We don't have complicated tax return it just straight forward.

I've been using TurboTax for about 15 years and it appears that it gets easier with time. That said, maybe, it may be my familiarity with the app and the improved formatting

Turbo Tax - Saves You Time -- A Great Tool

I have been using for years. This year it seemed a little off to me or perhaps it was me when I was making payment and filing. I think there may be an incorrect email address showing up and that might just be a mixup of different household accounts. For the most part for those newbies it's a great tool and saves lots of time. I was reluctant to use at first because I didn't want to give up doing my manual tax preparation but I have loved every time I used it.

TurboTax Deluxe was easy to navigate and file my federal and state tax returns. I would recommend TurboTax Deluxe to anyone wanting to file accurate personal returns.

Guidance for Arizona state tax credit for charitable contributions could be a LOT more clear. It's way too easy to skip over the section where a box needs to be checked to access the Form 321; researching and backtracking to try to find out how to process it correctly was cumbersome and complicated. Internet commentary shows others' frustrations going back several years. Can a clarification be implemented for this?

SW needs some help

Had a lot of trouble with installing updates. Had to go online to manually get update. Seems like everything should be easier to get up an running.
