Printing and e-Filing Issues

I've used TurboTax for so many years, but this year it was frustrating. I had problems printing my mom's return, and had to look online for a "go-around" to get it done. And then for my own return, TurboTax had a "hiccup" and couldn't e-file my return because I had to download an update (even though I had just downloaded TurboTax the last week of March, only a week earlier). I decided to print the return and mail it in instead. Didn't feel like dealing with the frustration of going online to find the download. Snail mail is much less frustrating. This will be my last year with TurboTax.

Turbo Tax has very frustrating problems.

The program for the second year in a row (CD last year and download this year) would not advance to the next screen - a blank screen would show up instead. It took me 1 1/2 hours with two different agents to figure out how to make it work. VERY frustrating, maddening! Once I got it past the blank screens it worked well. Turbo Tax has programming weaknesses that HAVE to be fixed! Second year in a row.
