Turbo Tax Great

I love Turbo Tax. I have used it for many years...even after I became a widow. What I would love to have you help better with is when filing for retirement coming from another state, the language is confusing for what I need to put in the state it comes from. Other than that...great tax service. I love the e-filing. Thank you.

Very disappointed at the NO CD media avail. This comes in handy years later if you need to file an amended return. Apparently Intuit will keep all software for all years available to download forever. If they do not, this is a problem. Turbo Tax 2024 freezes up with NO RESPONSE in multiple areas near the Final Review portion and then returns after a long wait. Do not close it out, you just need to go for a break and return in a few minutes.

TurboTax helps me get my taxes done!

For the most part, the desktop version is easy to complete and walks you through all the steps. There are a few confusing parts where the fine print or verbiage is hard to understand with fees but once I got through to an agent with technical support, I was able to get everything completed. I only have a few tax documents that I need to submit so TurboTax is a great option for me to use instead of paying a lot of money to file!

Additional Fees are very annoying

The efiling and "premium" fees of $25 and $45, respectively, are absolutely ridiculous, considering the fact that I already had to pay $60 for the software. So sick of TurboTax.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
