Enjoy TurboTax

I've been using turbotax for over two decades and find it easy to use and accurate in most scenarios. Over those many years I only have had two instances in which I had to override the product. Those were complex tax situations and many years ago. I hope to use the product many more years!

Long time Turbo Tax fan

I've been using Turbo Tax for decades! It makes it so easy. I really like how it shows comparisons between last year and this year. That way I can easily see if there's something I've forgotten to include in the current form. Also it's easy to go back and fix something and all the numerical adjustments are made automatically. So much better than handwriting everything.

refund to bank account charge is exorbinant.

The $40 charge to deposit refund into my account is larceny. It must be cheaper and easier for TurboTax to do this rather than mail a check.

overall good, but improvements needed

The investment income sections needs to be more user friendly - not easy to navigate with someone with a large number of investments.
The foreign tax credit section is too complicated, it needs to be simplified.
K-1 input is complicated as well - it doesn't align well wiith actual forms.

I have been using turbo tax many years, not getting adis the yer was not good. Other wise OK EXCEPT for not being able to input records from Quicken because Iam using a MAC. BAD, Bad, Bad!!!!
