I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for years and have always been able to complete my taxes is a single day. I have had an issue with the IRS.

TurboTax is very helpful . . . but not flawless

There were some difficulties this year with the import feature. For me, this is the most important feature of TurboTax Deluxe. I needed to do some forum searching to find a solution to this glitch. Otherwise, I am grateful for TurboTax. It's a helpful product.

Hard to figure out annual changes, worksheets should appear complete rather that piecemeal when corrections are needed, love the calcs but need to know where they are coming from if they differ from input sheets, Have been using for several years now and changes require learning each year so perhaps some basic instructions at the beginning of the process, corrections do not follow intuitively
