Disappointing edition

Have used TurboTax for many years. This year's edition was a great disappointment. There were multiple glitches, errors (inaccurate calculation with multiple RMDs were entered), electronic filing glitches wit frozen screens

This year I called for support. The Service rep - Michael - was outstanding. Knowledgeable, patient and determined to resolve the problem. Do have a suggestion about entering data: the new format for interest and investments asks tax payer to click on review to enter data. I would suggest changing that to using the word ENTER rather than REVIEW. I could not understand why I was asked to REVIEW since no data had yet been entered.

All good as usual with the exception of the QBI deduction (which was "0" and holding the progress up until I found a solution onlne.

I had an issue with a K1 and received help. Very helpful person was able to guide me to something as easy as deleting a 0 from two boxes. This had been driving me crazy, but she calmed me down and we found the extra zeroes. Very pleasant and helpful. A great personality to represent your company.
