Having used TurboTax for many years, I know the convenience and general ease of it. This year, I needed to file an amended return because critical income was entered into the application but not included in the filing. The various accuracy and audit checks did not identify the issue. For future use, I now know to carefully perform my own review.

Need to fix the ambiguity when my out of state pension payments are assessed as deductible in the state of WV; the interview language is too vague and makes it likely to mistakenly designate the funds as deductible or tax exempt.
