No free filing for state

Not very intuitive. It is becoming more complicated as years go by. Also, it says one state tax free filing but we were charged $15.99. I don't understand why?

Not Happy with Price!

Not very happy with the price of Turbo Tax and then getting charged to file and for tax advice. I have been using turbo tax for over 20 year and may use another method next year to file my taxes. I am also not receiving the Fidelity 20% discount I was offered.

Works great! I have used Turbo Tax going on 20 years, and have never had an issue. The application is intuitive for the most part. There are some places that could be improved. But Turbo Tax for the desktop is great!

2024 more complicated than 2023 input

Long time user. This year seemed a lot more complicate and longer to input. easy input with year over year was not possible. When income sources are relatively the same, multiple questions and input was much more complicated. Took much longer than I anticipated. I have a MS in Taxation so a very knowledgeable person.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

How to correct error on my records/files at Intuit
on April 7, 2025

I made an entry error (my fault) and submitted the wrong info. IRS caught it and sent me a "More Taxes Due" notice, and they were correct. I am sending the monies due and have corrected the one error that caused it on my desktop, but I do not know if re-saving it will correct it at my files at Intuit. I do not want the wrong info to be brought forward on next year's filing! What do I need to do?

Still a great program

Still easy to use. Much repetition of names and dates ate end of form. Is it really necessary?
