Good product overall, but has become cumbersome

This has always been a good product, especially when I was itemizing...but since the standard deduction now far exceeds any amount I could itemize, I simply take the standard deduction...however, your product still makes me go through all the itemization questions.

I find that you are a good service but I question the ways you are up charging. I paid in the store ( Costco) 49.00 and got a 10.00 discount. Then when It is time to file there is another charge to file federal and more then to file state. Instead of the old way where you could call with a simple question ( but one that is harder than the answers in the info boxes), now there is an added charge of 60.00 to get help. I liked the way it was where you could call, and get answers. I'm sure you are making plenty of money without the extra fees.

2024 is glitchy

I've used TT for years, and 2024 is glitchy for me. It bogs down, gets unresponsive, especially when printing and filing. It wouldn't wouldn't let me pay for a state filing!

Not free to e-file if you are receiving a refund!

So you should have a disclaimer that if you will receive a refund - Efile is not Free for either federal or state return! yes- it is free to e-file but if you want a check it is not free
