Disappointed Turbo Tax stopped using CD's.
Delighted Turbo Tax stopped requiring updates for every start, it was very time consuming.
Disappointed the updater did not work, more wasted time

Turbo Tax is a great product.

I have used this for years and it is a great product. One thing to add is for the program to prompt you for your IRS assigned PIN numbers when you go to electronically file or at the beginning when you are updating/reviewing your information. It never asks and I have to remember to enter them onto the forms by going to the form.
