Turbo Tax is somewhat confusing when you amend

It's very confusing when it prints a voucher of $9,429 owed; on an amended return; when I've already paid.
It's also confusing when the computer shows the amount owed as $630 refund, when I've already said to apply it to Estimated Payments. Wisconsin shows the amount after I've added the refund to estimated payments.

For the first time in 20+ years using your program, I received error messages while trying to file my taxes. This never happened when a CD was used to install the program.

Time to improve

Turbo Tax has an archaic feeling.
1. It will not save into a directory I created. I had to save into desktop to make it work.
2. Each time I check for a program update, it will waste time saving the returns at least three times

I was impressed with the filing required for the APTC process; my income increased during 2024 but didn't realize it only calculated using the final income; I thought it would prorate for the lower income months but..

TurboTax made doing my taxes easy by taking me through the process step by step. It did the calculations for me and even reviewed everything for errors. It was also more affordable than going to one of the many tax services that pop up during tax season.
