We have used Turbotax for several years. What we don't like is the estimated payments to make for our next year's return without us asking for it. This bothers us because if we owe taxes, we pay them.

Turbo Tax needs to clearly lead the tas payer to the area where my IRS PIN should be entered.

I am not happy with the "unfriendliness" with your newest version of Turbo Tax.
After using your product for decades, the 2024 tax year version does NOT hold your traditional standards.
I can only assume this is due to your decision to implement the new offering of "Buy an Expert" on top of buying your product. Shame on YOU.

Generally good, but the changes to the review portion of the imported documents are awful. When you open a specific item to make changes or to confirm what is inside, the screen jumps to where you have to scroll to actually see the information, and reverts back in a way that makes it frustrating to accomplish what should be a simple task. This is new for the 2024 tax year, and is by far a worse experience. The prior year method was much better.

Still disappointing after many years as a client!

Several suggestions - add the "print page" functions, provide more analytical tools of current returns compared to prior year's return as well as showing the trend of key return data points over the past 5 years - actually that would encourage your clients to stay with Intuit. Intuit is the leader in the field and I just wished your company would start acting like the industry leader. Charging $25 to submit the state return online is outrageous - what are the are the real costs of allowing your clients to submit without charging this fee??
