Great return, but...hidden fees?

We really trust Turbo Tax and have used it for years. The one issue we had this year, was right at the end when we were finalizing everything. We chose not to pay for the Audit Defense and even though we selected no, it still appears to have charged us for that option ($45). Not sure if this is a glitch in the application or if it is somehow a requirement or a processing fee, but we did not appear to have any way of declining it.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

i've been using TurboTax for more than 10 years. I don't have a complicate tax return. So this product is suitable for me and my family. TurboTax is easy to use and the price is under my budget. i would recommend to everyone

More is needed

There is still way to go with this software program before it becomes fully mature. There are several places where the instructions are confusing that may lead to unintended errors in manually entering the actual amounts.

HATE Downloading Turbo Tax
