New format for handling downloaded investments was much less user friendly. Previous years were much simpler.

Serviceable product but has a few annoying issues

The product is mostly serviceable but downloading when purchased online was more difficult this year as you paid for it in one place and downloaded it from your site which was confusing. I also HATE being upsold when trying to go through the onerous process of tax filing. That said, it works well.
