State Tax Annoyance

Federal review was great. I was filing in both Ohio and Tennessee due to moving and the system kept asking about Tennessee state taxes but there are no income taxes in the state. When I moved to the state part I selected Ohio as my "free state" with the deluxe package but Tennessee was not an option since the state does not have income taxes. When I went to file I did not like that I was able to submit for Federal and Ohio but had to click "I will send later" for Tennessee. This should be a simple coding fix for people filing in states without income taxes.

Straightforward, not overwhelming

Straightforward and easy to use. This is the first time I used a paid software because I no longer qualify for the free softwares. This one was just as easy if not easier with fewer questions.

Difficult to File State by Mail

All is good until I want to file state tax return by mail. Turbo Tax want the $25 to file the state return electronically by making it very difficult to select filing the state by mail.

I CAN EXPAND THE SIZE AND FONTS IN USE HERE, WHICH WOULD BE A NICE FEATURE IF IT WERE AVAILABLE IN THE TAX PROGRAM, ESPECIALLY THE INFORMATION BOXES.
