Turbo Tax has been great but could use a toggle.

The product works but there should be tabs in order to easily toggle between filer & spouse of filer when filing jointly. If I needed to check values in a certain field, it's difficult to navigate to the info on spouse vs. myself.

Did not like upsale

I liked using your product most of the time but found all the frequent times you tried to upsale me on a product I already paid for distasteful. I also did not like the additional $25 State e-file fee (you should offer a product that includes both state and federal e-file as a package).

This software, while easy enough to use, is very deceptive. You must be very, very careful to avoid charges. They are selling you something on every screen.

Very easy to follow the procedure and plenty of prompts if a mistake is made or a form not filled out correctly.
Anyone that can read and understand English should have no problem in filing taxes using this program.
Help process is great and talking to an expert was easy with minimum hold times. Highly recommended.
