Glitchy and time-consuming

Software was very glitchy and crashed multiple times before I was finally able to efile my federal and state returns. Very frustrating and disappointing.

A few oversights

I found two issues. One was that my 2024 RMD was taken from two different IRA accounts, but TurboTax assumed it would only be taken from one account. Second was that I had seven 1099-INT forms from the same institution and the second through seventh 1099-INT input panels did not allow for the input of the tax id of the institution nor the address of the payee. I had to go into the forms to manually update the information.

When trying to download using a license code, there were too many hoops to jump through to find the correct website. I took 3 tries to get the correct site. Clicking on enter TurboTax using license code brought me to a non Turbotax website the first 2 times.
