My return is simple so don't need much to file but I do review or walkthrough the numerous steps on the software while working my return normally and believe it handles and presents most if all of what is required to get you the proper deductions and credits for ultimately the best refund possible. Great experience overall!

Turbo Tax needs more explanations and guidance

Each year it seems that Turbo Tax is less helpful than previous versions. For example, the program asked for WG-2's and in same section any other prizes won. Then later it asks specifically for 1099 MISC. Following the program as instructed, my 1099MISC winnings show up in two different sections on my return and is counted twice. Turbo tax offers no guidance or explanations to clarify this issue.

Tubotax abandoning Windows 10 - so goodbye

Since the popup box states TurboTax will be abandoning Windows 10 next year, I will be abandoning TurboTax. I do NOT want Windows 11, so I guess I do not want Turbotax 2025 either. Long time customer, but saying goodbye. Turbotax doesn't care about its customers' hardware or software concerns. Pathetic.

Only Tax software I trust to use - I never had an issue with using Turbo Tax - Turbo Tax has actually helped me get more of a refund be teaching me of things I didn't know about - just go step by step and it will walk you through most everything you need to know to complete your taxes
