Multi-state is confusing anddifficult to use

The software is confusing and difficult to use when there is a multi-state situation. Questions and guidelines should be made clearer and full proof with suggestions of forms that might be missed

Hidden Fees beware!!!!!

Easy software but I did not like the hidden fees to file at the end. This was not made clear when I bought the software. I do not like hidden fees so be aware that they will charge you to file.
