Filing is great -- filing amendment difficult

Completing current year is good, using on-line Turbo Tax is very difficult to navigate and access previous year in order to file amended return.

I had problems with turbotax switching pages before I clicked on continue. I also would like a refresher statement before entering medical expenses to report doctors, medical facility costs, prescription, over the counter drugs, etc. in separate categories. I also had a solar credit coming, it paid a protion of the tax i owed on federal taxes and had a carryover. I would like the summery to show amount of taxes owed, amount of taxes collected, credit amount, refund amount and carryover amount. It would hurt to explain that the amount of the credit this year is based on amount of taxes paid.

Great but e-file deceptive

Did not engage with a tax expert. I noted the ease of use except at the very end when there was no notice of how much it would cost to e-file my NJ return - it was deceptive, hence the reason to not give this the highest rating.
