Been using TurboTax for years.
This year I did not receive any forms to enter on my taxes from my retirement accounts. I had not contributed nor taken any distributions and could not find a direct answer about what to do.

I used turbo tax last year and after purchasing this year i learned that it was not compatible with my computer and I had to go out and purchase a new lap top.

Treatment of Foreign Tax Credit is confusing and difficult to use. Program does not support Form 8990 Limitation on Business Interest Expense under SectIon 163(J) OR Form 2210 Underpayment of Estimated Taxes.

Intuit Turbo Tax "Tacks" on another Fee

It is one thing for Turbo Tax to charge an E-File Fee of $25, minus a Club Store Credit of $15, for a net fee to the purchaser for E-File of $10, but to now tack on a "Refund Processing Fee" of $40 this year is another example of just trying to soak your customer for something that costs you ZERO. I will seriously consider NOT using TurboTax next year after having used it each year for at least the past 15 years. As Free Filing options expand your faithful customers will head for the exit door.
