TurboTax declined in quality - not good anymore

I had problems on forms not wanting to advance without an answer I didn't have (blank is blank on a 1099-R). Also, problems trying to submit federal taxes. Gave up and mailed them in. The program this year was so bad I don't plan to purchase TurboTax next year.

I wish you would include a state tax email with your IRS transfer. I decided to transmit my state tax for $20.00
then I noticed it went from $20.00 to $40.00 for no apparent reason. So I backed out and printed it to mail. I found this under handed and very upsetting. Scam Alert
