Turbotax worked okay, but some problems.

In the end Turbotax worked, but I had a lot of problems with the education tax section relating to 1098-T's and 1099-Q's relating to my adult children's college finances. The software was not robust for those purposes, and I had to go back over several times (over 2 hours spent) updating the forms and questionnaires before I was able to get it all entered correctly. I believe that Turbotax could improve these sections in terms of the input processes and making it easier to find help (free help that is, I did not want to pay for extra help from Turbotax after buying the product).

Still seems like you had boxes for me to fill, that could have been pulled from last years taxes or info that I already entered. Also, makes me use other Intuit software just to upload a PDF of my W2...should be able to do that on it's own.
