No new feature nor streamlined workflows

Using product since 2020 and nothing gets better - with AI and newer programs simple things like bringing in data for the State return from last year like residency for NYC should carry over to the current year. Two years in a row the program has skipped past entering the tuition paid to kids schools have to go back the review area and then it allows me to enter the info from Form 1098-T

turbotax is not as good as it used to be

I had a lot of trouble downloading the product I purchased. I had to call turbotax for help. The agent I spoke with was superb. Some of the format was hard to follow even using Guide Me. Efiling was easy. For what I paid for the program, the charge to efile for state should have been reduced.

Making me sign into an Intuit account so you can charge me to file my state return is crap. Making me also click thru several captha screens just so I can type in the password is significantly more crap.

Bring back the CD

Gets better every year. Still could use some better directions such as where on the forms, etc., or identifying what form is the long form and used for itemizing.
