turbo tax is smooth

Turbo tax would not let me import from2023 turbo tax and when I saved for a day when I returned there was my 2024 return.... corrupt

Some of the fields are hard to figure out and no explanation. Major extra cost for state, I Pay for federal and a state then I have to double the cost for one additional state. This year I could not find a CD version, which I keep to be able reload in later years

Difficulty of Care wages makes efile difficult

multiple problems with difficulty of care wages and having a "0" in box 1 not letting me efile. I had to had a 1 in box 1 and say its exempt from difficulty of care wages. no issues last year with putting a "0" in box 1 on W2. please fix this for 2025 or you will lose many customers. shouldnt be this hard. took 2 hrs and time spent away from my son waiting to play a game to google and get a work around to remedy this, by adding a 1 in box 1.
