Not the best designed this year

I really dislike the user interface in year's version of Turbo Tax - particularly as related to how the interest, dividends, stock portion worked. It was organized oddly and took up too much white space, so that you constantly had to scroll down to see what you were looking for.

Adding a lot of extra $$$ to the filling

After purchasing the product you still has to pay for state taxes e-file and processing fees, adding $65 to the bill. I won't use Turbo tax again. It is about the same than going in person to a filling office. You just lost a customer.

Disappointed in Turbo Tax

Very disappointed that the cost to get other states went up to $45 and you charged me 20.00 to file. I think this is becoming to expensive since I have to buy Turbo tax as well. Disappointed! Will look for other opetios next year!

Get the job done, not very GUI/user friendly.

I have used Turbotax for many years and it gets the job done. There are many little annoyances with the product that makes it no so pleasant to use, for example (For reference I am using the Mac desktop version): Resizing windows does not resize fixed content (every screen is fixed width); removing a form does not remove notification that it is not filled out; To apply an update takes no less then 10 actual minutes - which is almost daily around tax time; The 1099-B list that is downloaded needs reviewed, fine - I had 52, it showed 25 per screen - to simply click the edit button to review I had to scroll to bottom of screen use horizontal scroll bar to move to right (fixed width) scroll back up to top to click edit, review it, check another box, hit done there get put back at top of screen to do it all over again - 52 times; not much use of keyboard shortcuts - must mouse around for every thing.
